Thank you for choosing our Anti-Aging Face Massage Training

Anti-Aging Facial Massage = Muka-Abhyanga
Marma therapy, a cornerstone of Ayurveda, plays a vital role in maintaining balance and health by unblocking stagnant energy. During my time living and training in Ayurveda in Germany, I developed this unique face massage, blending ancient wisdom with modern lymph drainage techniques. It’s the result of years of experience in the Wellness Industry, and I’m truly grateful to finally share it with you. The main themes of our online training are:

  1. Introduction to Ayurveda: Explanation of the origins and foundational texts of Ayurveda, including the works of Charaka, Susruta, and Vagbhata.
  2. Evolution of Ayurveda: Description of the creation of Cosmic Intelligence and the development of the five elements (Mahabhutas) and their influence on individual constitutions (Prakruti).
  3. Prakruti and Doshas: Detailed explanation of the three Doshas (VATA, PITTA, KAPHA), their characteristics, and the importance of understanding one's Prakruti for health and balance.
  4. Four Aspects of Life: The coordination of the soul, mind, body, and senses in Ayurveda.
  5. Elements, Senses, and Organs of Perception: How the five elements manifest in the body through the senses and organs.
  6. Three Gunas: The tendencies of the mind (Sattva, Rajas, Tamas) and their effects on behaviour and health.
  7. Chronobiology: The rhythmic cycles of life and their impact on the body, daily routine, seasons, and diet.
  8. Marma Therapy: The concept of Marma points, their therapeutic use, and their role in balancing the Doshas and maintaining health.
  9. Prana: The life force and its significance in physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
  10. Comparison with Chinese Face Mapping: Differences and similarities between Marma Therapy and Chinese Face Mapping, and their application in anti-aging face massage.

Given my 25 years of experience in the Wellness and two years of practical study, I wish to highlight the holistic approach of Ayurveda in maintaining health and balance. We do this through understanding individual constitutions (Prakruti), the importance of Prana, and the therapeutic use of Marma points:

  1. Marma points are vital energy points in the body, used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine.
  2. They influence both physical and mental health by intersecting the body's physical and energetic pathways.

I hope you find this helpful in your decision to sign up for out online course.
