First of our conscious co-labs: Vegetarian Cooking with Michelle Joubert

Michelle and I are are both mothers of a 6 and a 5 year old respectively. My son Stuart has been brought up largely Vegetarian, where Michelle's daughter not... We both have our challenges and I'm sure we are not the only mothers that struggle to offer our kids a healthy variety of meals including Vegetarian.

We decided to collaborate, as we have both had plenty of experience and rejections ;-) Michelle is a very creative cook, while I bring my experience of Ayurveda and Vegetarian principles to the table, so to speak.

We invite you to a morning of fun and knowledge about Vegetarian cooking- suitable for the whole family. We have packed in a variety of nutritious meals, including lunch box snax, drinks and yummy desserts...

Bookings essential and limited to 8. Of course dads, helpers and Au pairs are most welcome!
